Delete your Onbode account

Two ways. The first is instant and needs nothing from us.

From inside the app

Open Onbode, go to Settings, tap Your copy, then Delete my copy and account. Tap it a second time to confirm. The account and the copy of your data are removed at once, permanently. What is on your phone stays on your phone until you delete the app.

If you cannot open the app

Send an email to thelostapsos@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Onbode account, from the same email address you signed in with. That address is the only thing we hold that identifies you, so the request has to come from it. We delete the account and the copy within seven days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: the email address and the sign-in record.
• Your copy: every property, supply list, booking, purchase and caretaker message that was backed up.
• Any stock-check links you shared with a caretaker, and the supply lists behind them.

What is kept

Nothing. We keep no data about you after deletion, and there is no separate marketing list to come off. Subscription records live with Apple or Google under their own terms; cancelling a subscription is done in your phone's subscription settings, not by deleting the account.
