A caretaker says the link is not working. Links stop working when the host taps Replace the link or Stop sharing. Ask them for the current one — it never expires on its own.
Corrections are not arriving. The app checks when you open it and again in the background, so it is minutes rather than instant. To check immediately, open Settings, tap your caretaker's name, then Check now.
Deleting the app deletes everything in it. Onbode keeps your properties, supplies and bookings on your phone rather than on our servers, so there is no copy for us to restore. The one exception is a shared stock check, which holds only that property's supply list.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, so cancelling is done in your App Store or Play Store account rather than here. Your first property stays free forever either way, along with everything you have logged in it.
